What is the information we collect from our users?

We only collect information about you that is essential to establish and maintain our relationship with you. We collect your personal information directly from you, with consent. However, we may also collect personal information about you from outside sources with your consent, without your consent if the law so authorizes.

The types of information we collect:

  1. Personal Information such as your first and last name, your date of birth, your complete address, your telephone number and your email address.
  2. Statistical data that does not reveal your identity such as demographic or statistical information. This does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity but is rather derived from your personal information to help us get more insights about user behaviour on our website.

  4. Your actions on the website including your clicks, pages viewed, time spent on page and final action that will help us map your customer journey on the website.

  6. Personal information submitted by potential candidates when applying for a job or an internship advertised on our website.

  1. Purchase a class, workshop, webinar, or, a portfolio review from our website
  2. Complete the Admission Application Form for our Concept Art AEC (NTL.1A) Program or the Online Concept Art Program
  3. Subscribe to our newsletter on our website or the blog.
  4. Submit a question through our website form or directly via email
  5. Connect with our admin team via phone or email
  6. Interact with our social media platforms
  7. Participate in contests or surveys
