Why choose the program?
In this modern era, where online videos, tutorial books and art classes are available aplenty, there are lots of opportunities for you to teach yourself art and improve your skills. These sources of learning, while being great, can only take you so far. If you are serious about doing concept art, improving your skills rapidly or creating a top quality concept art portfolio, then you need to go a little further. That’s where our 12 month Online Concept Art Program comes in.
An Impressive Concept Art Portfolio
The Online Concept Art Program is your best way to rapidly upgrade your art skills to a professional level and build an impressive concept art portfolio that will give you an edge over your competitors. You are probably already an impressive artist, in fact, you’ll need to be to get into the program! But what this program offers is the expert training combined with regular and honest feedback from experienced instructors currently working in the industry needed to help you create a portfolio that matches or exceeds industry standards.
Furthermore, we will let you in on a secret – A professional well made concept art portfolio that best showcases your skills and strengths will interest Art Directors/Recruiters more and act as
the perfect indicator of your capabilities or your passport to enter the competitive entertainment industry than any degree that takes 4 years or costs an arm or a leg to complete.
This 12-month program is completely online and is a combination of the best and most relevant features of our very popular online art classes and our industry accredited Concept Art Diploma Program. Though the program does provide you with an accredited diploma upon completion, you will still receive a high degree of training, guidance and expert feedback on your work – all essential tools necessary to build your own industry ready concept art portfolio! While art schools tend to be brutally expensive, this year long program only costs $18,000 CAD, which is significantly more reasonable than tuition for most programs, including those outside of art.
In addition, since this program is online, you won’t have to worry about relocation or living expenses in a new city! Even before the pandemic, remote work was becoming more commonplace. Now we offer you similar training to our diploma program, but without the hassle or risks involved in relocating to a new city. (Trust us, you’ll be happy to avoid our winters!) Our Online Concept Art Program also features access to video recordings so you can learn at your own pace from wherever you are without missing even a minute of lessons. You will always be in the know how about the right things to learn as well as the right way to practice to achieve maximum results and progress rapidly.
You will be trained by an impressive roster of instructors who have worked on some of your favourite games and films. These teachers are eager to share their knowledge and their valuable insight will help you level up your skills so that you can create your own professional level concept art portfolio.
